A workplace of smiles

This year has seen me head down to the Occasional Brewer in Victoria Street (now at 85 Adelaide Road) to brew; Pilsner, NZ IPA, APA, Red Ale, Deeble's Pale Ale, Dunk Dog IPA, and a Session Ale.
The resulting product has been well received by friends who have called in at home for a beer tasting and barbeque.
What I have enjoyed is learning about the brewing process from the hard working team at the Occasional Brewer and seeing everyone having a good time - lots of chat and smiles. It seems to me a recipe for a great workplace too and must go a long way to energise the busy work behind the scenes doing preparation and clean up.
Looking forward to the bottling session this weekend.
