What a question!

It was a rainy day when she walked into the department store.

Before you know it - she had fallen on the wet slippery tiled floor. And it hurts. The store worker comes over with a form to fill in to report the accident.

After picking herself up and filling in the form she goes to hand it over. Not sure what to do next the store worker rings head office and is asked "Is she a good customer?"

This is relayed to our sore customer along with the news someone had also slipped on the same tiled area weeks before when representatives from head office were present.

On hearing this she leaves the store.

A few physio visits later and while recovering physically there is no apology or followup from the store.
